Fieldtrips

We are used to encountering rough tracks and challenging river crossings but it is always worth the effort!

The knowledge of the Miriwoong elders lives in their memories and in the country they relate to. Since it is hard to revive these memories while sitting in an office building, we frequently go “out bush” in order to immerse ourselves in the views, sounds, and smells of our country. It is so much easier to remember how things were done in the old days when you are in the right environment.
